Help Build the First Masjid in South Cumbria

  Imagine having to drive a 100-mile round trip each week to get to the nearest masjid. For over 100 Muslim families in the South Lakes, Cumbria, this has been the reality.

  Last Ramadan, the community began building their own masjid. The South Lakes Islamic Centre, set in the beautiful British countryside, will serve local families and visitors to the nearby Lake District.

  The masjid will have prayer spaces across two floors, a café and a rooftop garden. The shell is complete, but the community urgently needs funds to finish the interior. Donate and earn Sadaqah Jariyah.
